Arre boys. A great and agressive victory tonight lads. We showed those scurvy dogs our tricks ayye. A very even performance across the team making votes a difficult proposition. Mondays rest for Super Dog worked very well for him and he could be the X factor we need for Monday night to take home the big mug. With him and Bendy opening tonight it gave us the perfect platform to build from. Dave & myself added well. The Don was in great form but The King seemed to be missing part of his bat for the first over, with many a ball rolling just past off stump. Then the wise heads came in to add the polish. Our bowling was awesome and the fielding a treat. An excellent preperation for the Grand Final come Monday. This will be the first time I captain us into a Grand Final so I will be looking for consultation before Mondays game. I am dining with Raddis tomorrow evening to talk strategies. Wish me luck. Now boys, focus on Monday night. We need to be at our best to destroy those filthy bilge rats!! Arrggh.
