The team was Pax, King, Philbert, Mahstar, the Don, Bruce, Bob and Thorpe.
Batting first, Pax and King did it fairly easy, losing just one wicket as they made 48. Pax made 10 from 9 legal balls, with one wicket and one 4. King made 26 from 12 legal balls, with no wickets, one 5 and one 7.

Philbert and Mahstar played pretty well, with Phil hitting a 14 from the jackpot ball., several side net shots helped get the partnership to 20, after three wickets were lost. Including the last two balls of the pair. Phil made 15 from 12 balls, and was caught twice. Mahstar made 3 from 11 legal balls and was bowled once.

Bruce and The Don started poorly with a jackpot wicket, but lost just one more wicket as they put on 39 runs. The Don made 9 from 6 legal balls, was caught once and hit two fours. Bruce made 24 from 15 legal balls, with one wicket, and hit two fours, one five and a seven.

Bob and Thorpe played some masterful shots with Bob hitting two 5s and a four, while Thorpe started with a five, and hit two fours and another 5 in a partnership of 57. Bob made 24 from 12 legal balls, and Thorpe made 17 from 7 legal balls.

Our team total was 164 which is always a tough chase from the start. King (10), Thorpe (5), Philbert (17) and Bob (7) bowled to the first pair for 39 runs. Phil and Bob both were hit for 7s, but a catch in Bob’s over kept the total under 40.

Bruce (6) got a wicket bowled, Mahstar (-3) bowled a couple of noballs, but got a wicket caught behind after a double bouncing ball, and also a runout. Pax (6) also got a wicket runout. Mahstar (-4) got a couple to spin and gota runout and a stumping from the last two balls. The pair made 5 runs.

The Don (5) got two wickets caught and stumped, Pax (12), King (-3) got wickets runout and a caught. Bob (-4) got the team hattrick with a bowled and two runouts. The partnership was 10 runs.

Bruce (6) got one wicket bowled, Philbert (11) got one wicket stumped after they hit a seven, Thorpe (10) bowled tight, and The Don (-9) got a hattrick with two bowled and a stumping from the first three balls. The pair ended on 18 for a team total of 72 and a victory of 92 runs.
