Arrre. We were a force to be reckoned with tonight me boys. We were up against a worthy opponent who pushed us to play at our best, and we did.

We bowled tight against a very attacking batting line up, who obviously had some skill. The highlights were the Dons freakish catches. One hand past his body freak show stuff. Philbert was menacing on the back net and did some serious damage to the stumps as always. It was great to have the man they call Thorp back to heap the pressure on at the front of the court. Pax was ever so clean again behind the stumps.

When we went out to bat we went out strong. King and Philbert batted beautifully and got us off to a very solid start. Mahster and Cap came out and were going ok until Mahster colided with a fielder and popped his knee. This brought Philbert back to the crease and he utted these bitter words..."Disrespected by the opposition!" Philbert was not happy and someone was going to pay. Pretty sure Philbert hit the back net with all but one ball that he faced in his cameo with me. Very nice big fella. Mahster on the other hand was taken out the back by Leechy and shot. His remains have been pulped into glue. Don and Raddis came out and blasted 57 runs to put us in a commanding position. Those two love to bat together. The Pax Thorp combo came back and got the job done for us. Great work lads seeya next week. Arrrrrrre.
