Good to see the Cap'n and Thorpedo duking it out to claim this season's title, also great to see the youngster claim a point on his debut.

Of special note, the past two seasons, it's only taking a 12 or 13 to take out the trophy. Only five games in, the Cap'n already has 8 and Thorpe 7!

Pax and Thorpe have already broken away from the pack in the pairs. Could this be a run away victory this year? With Mah-Star and The King failing to attract votes this season and the Bruce - Philbert coupling failing to....well....couple, it's possible that total domination by P&T could see the highest total for a pair in history (currently 137 for Cap'n - Mah-Star).
